ClinicFolio has not launched yet. This page explains what we collect through the early-access form on this site today, and nothing beyond that.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by MIDAD for Information Technology & Digital Transformation Ltd. (midadit.com), the registered company behind the ClinicFolio product. MIDAD Ltd. is the data controller for the information described below. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
2. What we collect right now
The only information this site collects is what you voluntarily submit through the early-access form: your name, email, medical specialty, and governorate — plus your phone number if you choose to share it (this field is optional). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this page.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about early access to ClinicFolio and about launch — nothing else.
4. Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to MIDAD's own self-hosted automation server and stored in a Google Sheet under MIDAD's Google account. A notification is also posted to MIDAD's internal team Slack workspace so we know to follow up with you — this is an internal MIDAD tool, not an external third party. We do not use any other third-party form processor, and we do not sell or share this information with anyone outside MIDAD.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your submission until ClinicFolio launches or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. To request a copy of your information or its deletion, email [email protected] — this is a MIDAD Ltd. contact, not a ClinicFolio product inbox, since data requests are a legal-entity matter.
6. What's next
Once the ClinicFolio app itself launches, a fuller privacy policy covering clinical data handling — already drafted and flagged for legal review — will replace this page. This page does not describe, and should not be read as describing, how the future app will handle patient or clinical data.
